This afternoon, minister of training, colleges and universities Dianne Cunningham will announce the allocation of funds under the province's new Superbuild Growth Fund.
This year, a total of $742 million has been designated for the fund, designed to help universities develop the infrastructure to accommodate a projected increase in student enrolment over the next 10 years.
McMaster is seeking $43.8 million.
