“The faculty of fine arts and myself went to the studios of all of the students and selected the works we felt were their strongest and that best represented their production over the course of the four-year program,” said Carol Podedworny, director and curator of the Museum.

The exhibit includes paintings, photography and sculpture. Some of the creations, such as the three-dimensional works by Jessica Shelley and Megan Smith, are suspended from the ceiling.

Other highlights include a painting of a bowl of fruit by Rossilind Lammens that looks good enough to eat. And Milissa Majic uses photography to understand her family's past, present and future.

“I think that the professors in fine arts deserve a hand,” said Podedworny. “The diversity of media, styles and themes presented in the exhibition suggest the very broad and encompassing education that the students must learn in the department.”

The exhibition runs until Saturday, May 19. Admission is free for students.
