Security and Parking Services is advising that Stearn Drive will be closed Monday May, 23 through Wednesday May 31, 2006. The closure is required to make service connections for the new Athletics and Recreation Complex, currently under construction.

The closure will have an impact on parking for permit holders of Zone 1 and the north section of Zone 2. Parking permit holders for these areas can continue to enter onto campus through the Sterling Street entrance and they should then proceed on the internal road through Zone 2, adjacent to the Student Centre. Access to the first section of the parking lot, immediately south of Stearn Dr., will be restricted to ensure the safety of pedestrians and vehicular traffic.

Visitors to campus can continue to access the Sterling Street entrance and will receive instructions from parking kiosk personnel.
