Open to students, staff and faculty, the day-long event will feature workshops, demonstrations, musical and dance performances, and an exhibitors' fair featuring products and services that promote mental health and well-being.

The theme this year is Insoul: Supporting Your Soul One Step At A Time. Much like an insole for your shoe, the theme reminds us that making use of various supports can help you achieve a healthy body, mind and spirit.

The fair will take place on Wednesday, Jan. 30 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the MUSC Marketplace.

The fair will feature the following performers:

  • Yoga demonstration: 10:30 a.m.
  • Gospel rap: 11 a.m.
  • Martial arts demonstration: 11:30 a.m.
  • Musical performance with fiddle, banjo and button accordion: 12 p.m.
