The City of Burlington and McMaster University will be holding a series of open houses to allow the community to provide input and ask questions about the new McMaster University Burlington Campus.

A memorandum of understanding (MOU) was recently signed between the city and McMaster University that sets out the next steps in bringing a campus to Burlington.

The MOU proposes that the new campus be constructed on the site of the current parking lot number four, located at the corner of Elizabeth and Pine Street, in downtown Burlington.

Open houses have been scheduled for Nov. 2 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Lions Club Hall, 471 Pearl Street, located at the corner of Pearl and James Street.
