Ontario University Athletics (OUA) will award the Wilson Cup to the top men's basketball team in the province for the 87th time as the Carleton University Ravens host the McMaster Marauders Saturday, March 13.

With both teams already advancing to the Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS) Final 10 Tournament in Halifax next weekend, national seeding and provincial bragging rights are on the line in Saturday's championship match-up.

For the host Carleton Ravens, who tied the CIS all-time regular and
post season winning streak at 46 last Saturday in the OUA east final
against York, the Wilson Cup will mark the last game ever to be played
in their home for the past 40 years, the Raven's Nest. The 800-seat
gymnasium has created an incredibly boisterous atmosphere for many of
Carleton's athletic teams. Most recently, Carleton hosted a packed
house for two consecutive nights as the Ravens won the OUA east final
four last weekend. Carleton University's new Alumni Hall and Sports
Centre, which will hold 1,600 spectators, is scheduled to open in the
fall of 2004.
