The Directors College and NATIONAL Investor Relations today announced the signing of a program sponsorship agreement.

Under the agreement, NATIONAL will provide exclusive content for the College's director education modules as well as communications and public relations services to the College.

A joint venture of The Conference Board of Canada and the
Michael G. DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University, The Directors College is a comprehensive professional development and certification program for corporate directors. It is the only program of its kind in Canada that leads to formal university accreditation-the “Chartered Director*” designation (C.Dir.*).

NATIONAL Investor Relations is the full service investor relations
practice of NATIONAL Public Relations, Canada's largest corporate
communications consultancy. Founded in 1976, NATIONAL has offices across Canada as well as New York and London, and a global affiliation with Burson-Marsteller, one of the world's largest public relations firms.
