The Joint Job Evaluation Steering Committee is holding additional orientation sessions about the new job evaluation system for positions in the MUSA bargaining unit. The dates and locations of these sessions are:

• Wednesday, July 21 from 2-4 p.m. in HSC 1A6
• Monday, July 26 from 2-4 p.m. in Henderson Auditorium
• Wednesday, Aug. 4 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. in MUSC Rm. 308 & 309

And a reminder of additional upcoming scheduled sessions:

• Tuesday, Sept. 14 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. in HSC 1A5
• Tuesday, Sept. 14 from 2-4 p.m. in St. Joseph's Hospital, Stelco Amphitheatre, Fontbonne Building
• Tuesday, Sept. 21 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. in HSC 1A3
• Tuesday, Sept. 21 from 2-4 p.m. in Health Sciences North Teleconference
• Tuesday, Sept. 28 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. in HSC 1A3
• Tuesday, Sept. 28 from 2-4 p.m. in Hamilton General Hospital (Room 323 – 3 Lower North)

These orientation sessions are intended for employees in the MUSA bargaining unit and their supervisors and will provide information about the new job evaluation system and the process of collecting accurate, complete job content information that will form the basis for the rating of jobs.

If you haven't already done so, you are strongly encouraged to attend a session. The University considers that the time away from work to attend an orientation session is paid release time.
