The prestigious Emerald Literati Awards recognize author and editor excellence and are awarded annually by leading international publisher in the library and information sciences (LIS), engineering, property and health care and management sectors.

In Bontis' paper, he writes that success in the global marketplace depends on a manager's ability to provide leadership and exceptional success depends on sustaining extraordinary performance.
