The Halton Region/McMaster University luncheon series is an opportunity for senior executives to hear some of Canada's most respected experts from McMaster's DeGroote School of Business offering their insights on the current and future business environment.

This invitation-only series affords executives an opportunity to learn best practices on developing and maintaining a growth momentum in a globally competitive marketplace.

The series will launch this Thursday (April 29) with Chris Bart, professor of marketing. Bart's lecture, “The Forgotten Essentials of Leadership” will examine the “simple truths of getting almost anyone to do what needs to be done”.

The second lecture will take place May 20, with Min Basadur, professor of human resources. Basadur's lecture, “The Art of Applied Creativity” will explore the award-winning Simplex System and its unique set of interconnected tools.

The final lecture on June 17 will host Robert Cooper, professor of marketing. Cooper's lecture, “Winning at New Products: Getting the Results You Want”, will reveal the secrets that have elevated the best performers above all others.
