New service delivery, new hours at Student Accounts & Cashiers Office

Thanks to continuing investment in technology, the Student Accounts & Cashiers Office has updated the tools available on their website to provide better, more efficient ways of serving students and departments online.

With improved online capabilities, in-person office hours will change to 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. On Wednesdays, in-person services will not be available. This change to in-person office services will be effective July 4, 2007.

“I'm very excited about our new website, it is easier to navigate, includes a parents page and even an instructional video,” said Theresa Cooke, manager, Financial Services. “There is also a section devoted to departments with a list of unknown payments and other items”

The Student Accounts & Cashiers Office will be available for in-person services on Wednesdays during regular periods of high demand, such as the beginning of each academic term. See the Hours of Operation schedule on the website.

To assist in the transition to the new hours, Cooke suggests that students:

Complete registration online by completing the payment agreement

Pay accounts through your bank's website

Make payments to student accounts at Titles Bookstore outside in-person hours.

For internal customers, Cooke says:

Remember to use the drop box or sign up for the Lock Box (Night Deposit) Service

Use online cashiering for cash deposits

Call ext. 24468 with questions or to make special arrangements
