Community members take part in the annual Pull4Mac Bus Pull, working together to pull a McMaster Shuttle Bus 100 feet to the finish line as part of a McMaster United Way Campaign. It's one of several events being held as part of MacMoves Week.

MacMoves Week, taking place between Oct 2nd and Oct 6th, 2023, is an annual initiative that unites students, staff, faculty and alumni in a series of activities, workshops and exhibitions intended to promote a healthy campus environment.

Hosted by the Okanagan Office of Mental Health and Well-being, and in partnership with over 15 departments, MacMoves Week not only encourages the McMaster community to get moving, but also to increase their knowledge about how to improve overall health, both physical and mental.
