Navigating a post-secondary institution for the first time can be a somewhat daunting task. Add the stresses of a new home in a new city with new people and it can be downright overwhelming.

That's why current McMaster students offer experience and guidance through the Mission2Mac series. Kicking off July 19 in Niagara, Mission2Mac is an informational summer tour put on by students for incoming students.

“The program really helps students get an understanding of what life at McMaster is like,” said Brennan Reurink, coordinator of the program. “Students are able to relate to each other and it really helps in the transition process.”

Upper-year students will visit 12 locations across Ontario and one in Hong Kong where they will explain the need-to-knows about campus and Hamilton life, as well as answer any questions students and their families may have.
