“In our efforts to enhance our service level to the McMaster community, PrintPal has proved to be a remarkable addition to our repertoire,” says Suzanne Moorcroft, senior manager at Media Production Services. “Tests performed throughout campus show clientele find it both convenient and easy to use.”

Everything can be done online. Filling out hard copies of order forms is no longer necessary. Once your profile is completed, it never has to be done again. Account updates are easy and PrintPal remembers print preferences on a job-to-job basis for reordering convenience. You can even check back to see the status of your order.
