Beginning June 15, McMaster welcomes delegates from across Canada as the University hosts the 70th CAUBO (Canadian Association of Business Officers) Annual Conference. Hundreds of senior university administrators as well as dozens of sponsors from the corporate sector will meet to share expertise and experience.

McMaster’s local organizing committee (pictured above) has been working for over a year to plan an exciting conference. Over 100 volunteers including McMaster staff, students, alumni and retirees will do their best to ensure delegates are able well taken care of during their stay.

The conference sessions take place at the Hamilton Convention Centre. Delegates will come to campus for a social event at the University Club, a Dart Tournament in MUSC, and for the farewell evening of “Everything Hamilton” at the David Braley Athletic Centre. At the farewell evening, delegates will enjoy a celebration of Hamilton’s unique water features, from its more than 100 incredible waterfalls to its deep water port. McMaster’s Hospitality Services will provide the evening’s fare and upcoming musical talents will provide entertainment.

The theme “All the Right Moves” reflects on the savvy, skill and passion of those who meet need with solution … and challenge with opportunity. Conference presentations demonstrate new approaches and innovative thinking in higher education surrounding the following areas of interest:
