McMaster employees cheer on Marauders

Photo courtesy of M.E.S.S.!”]More than 500 employees attended the annual McMaster Employee Spirit Society (M.E.S.S.!) varsity football event on Friday, Oct. 3. This was the first event M.E.S.S.! hosted in the new Ron Joyce Stadium, which opened in September. McMaster employees and their families enjoyed an evening of fun and good company while watching the Marauders play.

12 year-old Julia Robinson, daughter of Carol Robinson, administrative secretary in the Department of Civil Engineering, opened the game by singing the national anthem. Participating in the ceremonial kick-off were Phil Wood, associate vice-president student affairs and Paula Johnson, liaison officer in the Registrar's Office.
