The Marauders will travel to Toronto tomorrow (Saturday, Oct. 9) to face off against the York Lions. The 2 p.m. game will be a showdown of the top two rushing teams in the country and their two focal points, McMaster's Jesse Lumsden and York's Andre Durie.

Last year the two teams met and McMaster won 51-0. That day, Jesse Lumsden and Kyle Pyear rushed for 271 yards on 31 carries for four touchdowns.

With 1,188 rushing yards, and 13 touchdowns on the season, Lumsden needs only 432 yards to break Eric Lapointe's CIS season rushing record of 1,619 (Mt. Allison, 1996). He needs only three touchdowns to become the all-time CIS touchdown leader with 42 (Mike Bradley, Waterloo, 1997-2001). And he needs only 284 yards to become the OUA
all-time leading rusher, passing the record set by Laurier's Justin Praamsma from 1997-2000 (3793 yards). What makes the records even more impressive is that Bradley (Edmonton Eskimos) and Lapointe (Montreal Alouettes) are both significant contributors in the CFL at this time.

The game will be broadcast live on radio on CFMU 93.3 FM in Greater Hamilton and on the internet at http://cfmu.mcmaster.ca.

The game will be broadcast on tape delay on Cable 14 in Greater Hamilton, and on Cogeco in Halton and Niagara. Consult your local listings for game times.
