Marauders to battle Guelph in Homecoming game

This Saturday, the McMaster Marauders will battle the Guelph Gryphons during the University's 67th annual Homecoming game on Les Prince Field.
The game, which begins at 2 p.m., will be a contest for sole possession of second place in the OUA.
As part of the homecoming festivities, the '54, '64, '74, '84, and '94 McMaster teams will be honoured during the game, and former OUAA all-star and team captain Bob McDonald ('89) will be inducted into the McMaster Hall of Fame. Of special note, Bill Campbell a member McMaster's first Canadian Dominion Intermediate Intercollegiate Championship team in 1934 will return to campus
to take in the game.
Last year the two teams met on Labour Day and McMaster won 56-0.
McMaster is coming off a heart-breaking last-minute 34-33 loss to the
Laurier Golden Hawks. The loss was McMaster's first in 39 OUA games,
spanning back to the 2000 season.
The game will be broadcast on radio live on CFMU 93.3 FM and on the internet at http://cfmu.mcmaster.ca
The game will be televised on tape delay at 7 p.m. on Cable 14 in Greater Hamilton and on Cogeco in Halton and Niagara.
