Lewis will share his experience of Canada's financial institutions in a free lecture at the DeGroote School of Business atrium on Wednesday, June 14 at 12 noon.

He will discuss the role of Canada's large financial institutions and their contribution to the tremendous growth in the asset management industry. Under his leadership, RBC Asset Management achieved more than $6 billion in long-term net sales for the first time in its history in 2005. Lewis will provide insight into how a large integrated financial institution has been able to produce a winning formula in a specialized, highly skilled, fiduciary business and how this track record has resulted in some large Canadian-based financial institutions developing a global capacity in asset management.

Lewis will also address the wider implications of RBCs successful wealth management model for Canadian investors, their advisors and public policy makers.
