The terminal is wheelchair-accessible and has heated shelters for passengers.

More than 2,000 GO Bus passengers will typically use the new terminal each day.

All bus trip times will stay the same, and customers can still purchase GO tickets and passes at the Compass Information Centre in MUSC. Multiple-ride tickets and monthly passes offer significant savings over individual cash fares.

Please note that Greyhound and Coach Canada buses that travel onto McMaster's campus will continue to use the bus stop in front of Mary E. Keyes Residence near the bridge over Cootes Drive. The new terminal will be used exclusively for GO Bus service.
