Fall recess no trick, just a treat
Today isn’t just Halloween for McMaster students.
Thursday marks the beginning of a three-day fall recess, approved by McMaster’s Senate last year for a two-year trial.
Undergraduate Council will use the trial to assess the benefits of the recess. It will then determine if it should become permanent.
The trial break will not have an impact on the length of the 62-day term. Fall 2013 classes will end Dec. 4 and exams will be scheduled from December 6 to 20.
