Exams begin Saturday

The academic year has come to a close and final exams begin tomorrow.
Running from Saturday, April 10 until Wednesday, April 28, McMaster students will write a total of 80,000 exams in 850 courses. For details, see the exam timetable.
Once again the Chaplaincy Centre will host an exam drop-in at MUSC 230, complete with free cookies and warm drinks. The Centre will be open from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. every night (except Saturdays) from April 11 to April 21.
Mills Library will also be turning the Mills Learning Commons into a quiet study area for the duration of exams. Group work, cell phone use, loud music and socializing will be prohibited during this time.
For assistance when traveling home from exams, contact the Student Walk Home Attendant Team (SWHAT). SWHAT volunteers are available to walk students home between 7 p.m. and 1 a.m. They can be contacted at ext. 27500 or in MUSC 204.

Students are reminded that they must have their McMaster University ID with them at all times in order to write their exams.
