McMaster University President Patrick Deane welcomed 89 employees into McMaster's
Quarter Century Club at a reception and dinner held at CIBC Banquet Hall earlier this
month.

The celebration recognizes the dedicated service of McMaster employees who have
achieved 25 cumulative years of service with the University.

“It's very inspiring to see not only the number but the broad range of people who have
dedicated the past 25 years of their careers to the University,” said Deane. “Their
individual and collective impact is tremendous and it's a privilege to help recognize the
important role each person has played in helping McMaster better serve its students,
faculty, staff and community.”

After enjoying dinner with friends and colleagues, each recipient received a gift and
personalized speech which touched on their accomplishments over the past 25 years.
