Bigger, bolder, better: The new McMaster Times

[img_inline align=”right” src=”http://padnws01.mcmaster.ca/images/times-cover-edited.jpg” caption=”The new and improved McMaster Times. Cover photo by Jason Jones.”]By now you should have received the fall edition of the Times either at home or here on campus. Some of the changes are obvious: it's slightly taller with better paper and the cover features a bold, fresh look.
As you read the magazine you will see an emphasis on great photography, tighter editorial and attention to design elements like fonts and white space. Taken together these improvements to the magazine represent a renewed dedication to showcasing the very best of all that McMaster University has to offer.
As President Peter George writes in his column for this issue, “We have a great story to tell, one that draws on our history and continues to grow and flourish with each new student, and each new member of faculty and staff who joins the McMaster family. It is a continuing story of which we can all be proud.”
So please, have a good look around the issue and let us know what you think of your new McMaster Times. You can send you comments to me at bugaili@mcmaster.ca.
