Research:

The New York Times cited research by Martin Gibala and his colleagues in Kinesiology on the effectiveness of high-intensity interval training.

The Hamilton Spectator published a story about McMaster receiving $31 million in funding from the Heart and Stroke Foundation, featuring comments from, and a photo of Sonia Anand (Health Sciences).

Community engagement:

The Hamilton Spectator published a story (with photo) about an outreach program organized by Christopher Anand (Computing and Software) designed to expose every Grade 8 pupil in Hamilton and Six Nations to the possibilities that computing and software offer.
