New director of Housing and Conference Services appointed
Mike Porritt has been named McMaster’s new director of Housing and Conference Services.
Porritt has nearly two decades of experience in student housing at multiple institutions, including Appalachian State University, Winona State University, Trent University, McGill University and Huron College.
He currently serves as co-chair of the Canadian Chief Housing Officers Network and is an elected member of the executive board of the Ontario Association of College and University Housing Officers.
He will begin his new role July 28.
