Entrepreneurship theme of upcoming Hamilton Employment Crawl

Students interested in this year’s Hamilton Employment Crawl need to move fast: registration closes Wednesday.

This year’s crawl will focus on entrepreneurship, and will include tours of Platform 302 and the Innovation Factory – both incubators for young startups.

Platform 302 is recruiting a project manager and Rev Up, a business in Platform 302’s incubator, is hiring a branding/web designer. Platform 302 will also offer a job shadow opportunity to every student who registers for the event and tours their facility. The crawl will begin at 8:30 a.m. and run until 3 p.m.

Morning tours will be followed by a networking lunch at McMaster Innovation Park, after which students can tour the city’s arts and entertainment district or areas associated with healthy living.
