Advance access to pay statements

In anticipation of the holiday closure, employees will be provided advance access to their electronic pay statement for the final December 2014 pay deposit.  Pay statements will be available to view on Friday, December 19th for the staff pay deposit occurring the following week.  Due to the bank closure on December 26, the final pay will be deposited into employees’ bank accounts on December 24th.

We encourage all employees to review their pay statement.  While every effort has been made proactively by the HR offices and your departments to ensure pay is processed accurate and timely, an unexpected anomaly may occur.  In such an event, employees should contact their HR Area Office (Faculty of Health Sciences HR or the HR Service Center) no later than Monday, December 22, 2014 by noon (12:00 pm)  so that any issues can be identified prior to the holiday closure and addressed accordingly.
