Was Einstein relatively right?

What better time to pick apart his work?

Just how right was Einstein? Did he simply luck out with his theory? Did he change the laws of gravity to fit his assumptions about how the universe operates? Does God really play dice with the universe? Come with your own personal scorecard as the second MACafi Scientifique debates the pros and cons of Einstein's ideas, and his scientific legacy.

Cliff Burgess, recently named one of 14 Killam Research Fellows for his work in string cosmology, and Ralph Pudritz, a theoretical astrophysicist in star and planet formations, and director of the Origins Institute, will lead the discussion.

MACafi Scientifique meets Wednesday, April 6, at 5:30 p.m. at the Village West Diner, 988 King Street West, in Hamilton (Westdale). An aptitude for science is not required; an inquiring mind is.
