Vigil to remember victims of Pittsburgh synagogue tragedy
The McMaster community shares in the global grief felt as a result of the horrific act of hate and tragedy that occurred at the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh this past weekend, and we acknowledge the particular impact on our Jewish students, faculty and staff.
Flags will be lowered Tuesday, October 30 at 4 pm to coincide with a vigil organized and hosted by McMaster Hillel and the McMaster Jewish Community. The vigil will take place near the flag poles in front of Burke Science Building.
