UTS schedules Sunday morning monthly maintenance June to November
University Technology Services (UTS) has established standardized maintenance windows for repairs, installations, upgrades, testing, patches, and other processes and procedures which may cause limited or interrupted access to McMaster’s IT system resources.
Maintenance is scheduled on Sunday mornings once per month from June to November.
During these scheduled maintenance windows, users may experience anything from slow response, limited access, or no connectivity; or may experience no interruption whatsoever. UTS will endeavour to notify the campus community of anticipated impacts in advance of scheduled maintenance windows.
The following dates and times have been scheduled for the 2019 calendar year:

The IT infrastructure maintenance website will be updated annually to include the dates for the upcoming calendar year along with exceptions and other details regarding what to expect during maintenance windows.
