SoBi bike sharing coming to campus
McMaster will soon be home to six new bike share stations.
The stations are part of the SoBi Hamilton bike share program, which uses smart technology to provide bikes for use by its members.
Stations are being installed in areas across Hamilton, for a total of 750 bikes at 105 stations around the city.
Students, faculty and staff will be able to purchase discounted memberships to the bike share program.
Members have the option to reserve bikes online or by using a smartphone app, and use a PIN to sign a bike out.
The campus bikes will be available for use in September.
