Second World War, Korea vets to visit campus
Corporal Fred Engelbrecht and Lance Corporal Ken Griffith will visit campus Nov. 12 to share their experiences as veterans of the Second World War and the Korean conflict.
Engelbrecht fought at Dieppe and spent three years as a prisoner of war.
Griffith came under fire several times while serving in Korea.
The event is co-hosted by the Health, Aging and Society Student Society and the McMaster History Society.
