Second phase of Mosaic upgrade set for Dec. 2-4


Mosaic’s finance functions will be unavailable from 6 p.m. Dec. 1 until 8:30 a.m. Dec. 5 for an upgrade of the finance application.

During this time HR, student administration, Hyperion and data warehouse functions will remain open. Notably, the Mosaic student center will be available for students to use. All finance functions, including travel and expense, journal entry, financial reporting, and voucher entry, will be unavailable.

This second phase of the Mosaic upgrade will have fewer changes that are visible to end users than the first did.  Initially, it will bring a new page for staff to submit service requests to Facility Services.  The upgrade will also allow users to begin making their own custom homepages inside Mosaic that combine HR and finance tasks. The upgrade will provide a foundation for additional functions to be added in the next year.
