Scheduled outage Mosaic finance functions


Finance functions in Mosaic will be unavailable from 11:30 p.m. Friday, January 29 until 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 30.

This closure is to accommodate the addition of the new maintenance service request form to Mosaic and to complete Facility Services’ transition to Mosaic for their maintenance management system.

Users are reminded that, as part of this transition, the current system, AiM Facilities Management System, will close permanently at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 27. The Facility Services customer service desk will only accept and dispatch emergency work orders on January 28 and 29. On those days, please refrain from submitting non-urgent requests. Facility Services’ service priority matrix can assist you in determining if your request is an emergency.

Beginning February 1, McMaster staff and faculty will submit maintenance service requests in Mosaic.
