Scheduled Oracle outage

McMaster University will be conducting scheduled maintenance on all Oracle database platforms as part of Oracle’s quarterly infrastructure updates.

Scheduled Outage Window:
Friday, July 18 at 6 p.m. to Saturday, July 19 at 6 a.m.

During the outage window, all Oracle-supported database platforms will be unavailable, including:

Mosaic
Jira / Jira Service Desk
Identity Access Management (IAM)
UA
Infosilem
Business Intelligence (BI)
Service Bus (OSB)
MDSS
ROA
Hyperion
