Reduction of cooling services to non-essential areas
Due to the current heat wave and anticipated high temperatures for the next few days, the Central Utility Plant is operating the chillers at their maximum capacity.
There is a need to ensure essential cooling of high-level labs, computer facilities and other spaces. As a result, this may require a reduction in cooling of other areas of campus. The reduction will begin immediately.
Please continue to report heating and cooling issues to the Customer Service Centre at ext. 24740.
