“The McMaster 180 Bloor St. West office space has been a fantastic addition to McMaster as it provides a nice, modern, and clean venue space in the heart of Toronto. This space has become incredibly valuable for the work that our team does as it allows us to connect with our alumni and friends of the School more easily. Smart technology for a seamless experience
The boardroom, larger meeting room and event space all easily connect to the available screens, whether through an HDMI port on your device, or wirelessly through Wi-Fi casting.
If you are looking to host a hybrid meeting in the boardroom or the 10-person meeting room, you’ll be able to take advantage of the Bose VB1 video soundbar which is used for video and audio transmission, as well as hearing audio from the online participants through the built-in speakers.
“Having a location for McMaster events made it convenient for attendees from the Toronto area to join our events and meetings. The main floor was perfect for our guests to mingle and relax, with a beautiful atmosphere and modern design touches. There are enough options to host a good-sized crowd in various capacities, and the external local catering options were fantastic.” — Trish Petozzi & Meghan Johnston
The event room features three TVs, five wireless microphones, and a control panel for easy AV management. Whether you’re delivering a presentation or conducting a hybrid meeting, the AV setup supports screen sharing, conferencing and clear audio, making it easy to engage both in-person and remote participants.
