Public lecture: Hooker Distinguished Visiting Professor Becki Ross
Interested in broadening you understanding about important issues with regards to sociology, gender, race and sexuality? If so, the upcoming public lectures by Professor Becki Ross will be something you don’t want to miss.
Her lectures will be divided into sessions. The first lecture will be about Interrogating Sexual Commerce, Sexual Shame, and Neo-Colonial Rule in Vancouver. And the second will address Prisoners’ Records from the Colonial Archive and Sex Workers’ Resilience in Vancouver.
