Nominations open for Graduate Student Awards
Have you had a great graduate supervisor who deserves kudos? Or perhaps your teaching assistant made a difference in your academic success over the past year?
It’s time to recognize those individuals in McMaster’s graduate student community who have made a difference. Nominations are still open for this year’s Graduate Student Awards.
These awards honour graduate student excellence in research communication, teaching assistance, knowledge mobilization and innovation, and leadership in athletics and in community service. The invaluable contributions of graduate faculty and non-academic staff are also acknowledged with the President’s Awards for Excellence in Graduate Supervision and the GSA Award for Contributions by Non-Academic Staff.
The deadline for the following awards is Sunday, July 20.
- GSA Award for Contributions by Non-Academic Staff
- Therese Quigley Award of Excellence for Graduate Student Leadership in Athletics
- Mary Keyes Award for Outstanding Leadership and Service to McMaster
- GSA Keith Leppmann Teaching Assistant Excellence Award
- GSA Millennium Award for Community Service
