New tools for developing business cases
Financial Affairs has developed two new tools to assist the McMaster community in developing business cases. A “Business Case Template” and a “Business Case Checklist” are available for areas developing new proposals or initiatives.
These tools provide a framework for documenting the reasons for the business case and help areas consider and evaluate viable options and associated costs to solve the problem or undertake an opportunity, make a recommendation and outline how the project will be managed.
