McMaster’s Fall Career Fair to host over 115 employers

On Thursday, September 20, 2018, McMaster University’s annual Fall Career Fair will host over 115 organizations interested in hiring for full-time, co-op, and paid internship opportunities. The fair will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in DBAC Sport Hall. The fair will be open to McMaster students and alumni. Business attire is required.

McMaster University values integrity, quality, inclusiveness and teamwork. Embodying these values, new to the Fall Career Fair this year is a Career Fair Access Hour, hosted by the Student Success Centre. The Access Hour will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in a reduced stimuli environment, providing students with accessibility requirements a chance connect with employers before crowds arrive. This hour is also open to students from diversity groups, as it is an opportunity to develop meaningful connections with employers invested in diverse hiring practices. Students interested in gaining feedback on their resume can attend a Resume Blitz on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the McMaster University Student Centre. Students can bring their resumes and receive feedback from career experts on-campus.
