McMaster and Unifor Unit 3 reach tentative agreement
McMaster and Unifor Local 5555, Unit 3, representing Parking and Transit Services staff at the university, have reached a tentative renewal collective agreement.
The tentative agreement has been presented for ratification to union members and will be presented to the Board of Governors for ratification in October. The current agreement remains in place through to Sept. 30, 2024.
McMaster negotiates with all employee groups based on a set of core principles, including bargaining in good faith and committing to long-term, collaborative relationships with union partners.
