Lunch and Learn: Cardiovascular Health Awareness Program
This program brings together a team of wellness professionals including occupational health nurses, an occupational health physician, volunteers and workplace wellness specialists who work as partners in promoting cardiovascular health. The program is free of charge to all McMaster employees and offers opportunities for blood pressure monitoring and health information around modifiable risk factors. The program will offer:
