IT Notice: Mosaic Outage Scheduled from October 18 to 21

Please be advised that University Technology Services (UTS) has scheduled a maintenance window that will cause a Mosaic outage.

The Student Administration system (CS Mosaic)will be unavailable from
Friday, October 18 (at 12:00 p.m.) to Monday, October 21 (at 7:59 a.m.)
The remainder of Mosaic system will be unavailable from
Friday, October 18 (at 5:00 p.m.) to Monday, October 21 (at 7:59 a.m.)

The Student Administration system upgrade will impact all students, as well as administrative and academic departments using the student system within Mosaic (including the Student Centre). The complete Mosaic outage starting at 5:00 p.m. will impact all Mosaic users.

Please note that the internal and external career pages (applicants.mcmaster.ca and careers.mcmaster.ca) will be unavailable during this outage.

While we expect Mosaic to be fully operational by the start of the business day on Monday October 21, please contact UTS at uts@mcmaster.ca if you experience any issues beyond this maintenance window.
