IT Notice: Avenue to Learn issue resolved
This issue has now been resolved.
Please note that some online learning services, including Avenue to Learn, are currently not available.
This issue is caused by an outage of the McAuth system, which provides authentication to online learning services, such as Avenue to Learn. Students who have previously authenticated to Avenue to Learn will remain connected, however new connections will not be possible at this time.
UTS is currently investigating and will continue to provide updates and restore service as soon as possible. For details please visit https://systems.mcmaster.ca/.
