IAHS building update – reopening Saturday morning
3:20 p.m. Nov. 9: Hamilton Police have released the IAHS building back to the University and Mohawk College.
The IAHS building will reopen Saturday, November 10 at its normal time of operation. All activities and events scheduled for IAHS building this weekend will continue as planned.
10:53 a.m.: The Institute for Applied Health Sciences (IAHS) building on campus is closed for the day (Friday, Nov. 9, 2012). All classes and activities scheduled for IAHS have been cancelled.
Hamilton Police are investigating a threat against the building. Students, faculty and staff have been cleared and sent home for the day. Updates about the building’s re-opening will be posted on The Daily News and the University’s social media sites as they become available.
