Gender Diversity Panel Feb. 27
What are the challenges faced by organizations trying to achieve gender balance in senior roles?
The question and other issues related to gender diversity in the workplace will be discussed on Friday during a panel discussion at McMaster’s Burlington campus.
Presented jointly by the DeGroote School of Business and the Burlington Economic Development Corporation, the panel features:
- Sherry Cooper, chief economist at Dominion Lending Centres and TMX Industry professor at DeGroote
- Mary Lou Maher, partner and chief diversity officer at KPMG Canada and a DeGroote alumna
- Bill Greenhalgh, CEO of the Human Resources Professionals Association
- Clare Beckton, founding executive director of Carleton University’s Centre for Women in Politics and Public Leadership
