Food and beverage policy for campus events
Student groups and University departments should review the Campus Food and Beverage Policy when organizing events on campus that include the preparation or serving of food.
The policy prioritizes the health and safety of staff, faculty and students and helps ensure that food is prepared and served safely and complies with provincial and municipal regulations.
There’s also a procedure to regulate outside food vendors coming on campus, including food trucks. Campus groups and departments should review this policy when planning events, and contact the Director, Hospitality Services or Paradise Catering if they require any additional information.
