McMaster University’s flags are lowered today in memory of Marc St-Jean as his family celebrates his life this weekend.

St-Jean passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on June 25, at the age of 49.

He was the Design & Construction Projects Director in Facility Services for the past four years, most recently working on the McLean Centre for Collaborative Discovery.

He will be profoundly missed by his wife, Ali, and his children, Laila, Spencer and Emerson.

St-Jean’s warmth and humour will be fondly remembered by friends and colleagues across the university.
